So. New year, new blog. Well not really a new blog. I just miss blogging. Who knew one could miss that. I also miss having internet at home. But only a little bit. I miss being able to access anything I want when I want to. Its nice to have it at work but there is the whole "websense" filter pain-in-the-ass thing and not all things are really library-computer-safe. Not that I'm checking out porn, but it makes me uncomfortable knowing that strangers can see what I am looking at. Cause I do it to them so they must be doing it to me.

Yup. Back to the blog. I've got to find some kind of app or extension that will update directly to livejournal. I think I remember seeing last year with wordpress an extension or something. I like having the lj backup but its a pain in the ass to "physically" copy and paste the entry. I'm a lazy ass I know. I will have to see what I can find.

Christmas was good. Went up to Lac La Biche, on the bus. Its a 6 hour drive, it took 8 1/2 hours on the bus. I don't want to do that again. It sucked ass. It is way to long to be on a bus and to have the destination be Lac La Biche. If I go up again (and I might in Feb when my brother comes out) I will rent a car. I dont know how I will do it, but I will. The bus is just insane. At least in a car I can sing along to the music I am listening to. I guess I could have on the bus, but the other people wouldnt have liked it. My cousins from BC were out as well, it was nice to see them. And there's talk it might be Bernie's last Christmas so I was glad to have gone.

New Year's was quiet. I borrowed a huge pile of movies from one of the girls at work and watched them. And also the first half of the first season of Deadwood. Timothy Olyphant is pretty hot in that ridiculous mustache.
